Design
Mold design for the automotive sector is carried out by specialized technicians using CAD software such as CATIA, SIEMENS NX, TEBIS, and WORKNC.
Technical personnel collaborate with the customer during the various stages of project development and construction.

Manufacturing
For mold manufacturing, the company relies on state-of-the-art machinery, including large and medium-sized CNC milling machines, drills, spark erosion machines, spotting presses, etc.
A series of overhead cranes with a capacity of up to 60 tons allow the movement of machinery within the production workshops.

Mold trial runs
Mold trial runs are performed in a dedicated department.
For this process, we use a 4,500-ton injection press equipped with a robot for part handling, completely automated to allow customers to simulate their own injection process.
